Personal Statement
We are all on an adventure in this life; some to find meaning, others to create it.  I find myself aligning with the latter, seeking significance more than success, hoping to change some small corner of the world for the better. I thrive in the space of culture and strategy, identifying a vision and aligning teams and resources to achieve our goals... goals with the aim and purpose of improving the lives of our team and our community.

My Professional Profile
The purpose of a leader is to muster their skills, education, experience, and belief into a single effort, the aim of which is to provide opportunities for others to flourish.  Not only to further the goals of the organization but also to foster the growth of the team.  I have been fortunate enough to be a part of these efforts in profit and not-for-profit settings, in private business and higher education, in local and international settings.  Whether leading a $315M financial organization, or $5M regional educational institution, my leadership style has centered on this belief: to use my talents to help grow the talents of others.
